At Ferne Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or an exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all boutique tags remain attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for store credit to your email within 5-7 business days.
